Fixed make dependencies for module RST files (#232)

Details:

* The doc RST files so far were determined by wildcard-listing the existing
  .rst files. That approach does not work when new Ansible modules are added
  because at first, the new .rst files are not yet created.
  This change fixes that by determining the .rst files for the modules from
  the .py files (This was already available in an existing variable).
