Improve planets' halos size in relation to stars' (#1361)

* Improve planets' halos size in relation to stars'

This finally fixes the problem where Jupiter is smaller than Sirius at relative sizes < 1. It works until about relative size > 1.5, when Sirius once again appears brighter. Still, I think most users use a relative size =< 1.

* Make the lunar halo less glaring

Maybe this needs a better fix in the future (a bigger, less prominent halo).
