Remove redux dependencies from JSON Forms

Remove remaining Redux dependencies from default imported JSON Forms core
and React packages. Redux and react-redux are therefore no longer needed to
build a React application which uses JSON Forms. The Redux integration is still
available via 'lib/redux' imports.

Redux is still used in some of the tests and the example application.
