http: Make RouteInfo public

Problem:
The RouteInfo class and object are currently private and located in
the c.t.f.http.internal.contexts package. It is generically usefull and
should be publicly accessible.

Motivation:
Custom filter needs to know which controller handled a request.
This info is available through RouteInfo, but currently not accessible.

Change:
This commit moves RouteInfo to the c.t.f.http.contexts package and makes
class and object public. Field and method for writing route info to
request remain private.

Result:
Custom code can now access route information for a request.
