Commit Message

The Rakefile is modified to use engine_cart conventions.

1.  There is no modification of the Gemfile.lock file in the 'ci' task.

2.  There is a convenience task called 'triannon:update_app' that can
    be used to update the development gemsets, first for triannon and
    then for the engine cart.
