[WIP] KeyMap (#329)

* Modernize our keyMap to involve platform-specific keys (more like real CM keymaps)
* Factor out long mostly-duplicate code from separate keyhandlers from BlockEditor and Node into a single file (`keymap.js`)
* Set up these key handlers as a `commands` object, and set them up to take a CM argument in case we want to try directly passing them as a real CM keymap
* Create a global `onKeyDown` handler
* Remove lots of unneeded console logs (from outside this particular PR)
