Fix handling of empty list for ListLexer

The ListLexer.Next method had a bug when handling an empty list.  This
commit corrects the issue by checking that there are tokens when starting
the lexer and returning nil if there are none.  Subsequent calls will hit
the next case in the switch in Next and aren't affected.
