Implement help (#327)

* split keyMap out into a separate file, and provide platform-appropriate key handling
* now that keyMaps are platform-specific, fix the test suite to use the right keys accordingly
* factor out dialog logic, allowing child components to use the ToggleEditor's dialog system
* Closes #327
