Option to convert colors to hex (#15)

* 🧼 Lint fixes

* 🎨 Add pure-color library

* 👩‍🎨 color conversion works

Going to make it optional though.

* 👨‍🏫 Make hex conversion opt-in only

* 🔟 Drop Node 10, for now

Hopefully we can later polyfill some stuff and make this work in Node 10.
For now, the tests were failing for me
