* deleted prototypes folder

* updated README.md

* update version and changelog.rst

* added notes on pypy3 pytest

* started adding code to develop IGP shortcuts

* started igp shortcuts development

* added igp_shortcuts_enabled attribute to Node; modified load_model_file
call to account for that new attribute; also added pyNTM logo to docs

* pick up Find LSPs on shortcut_enabled_nodes that connect to downstream nodes in paths in flex_model.py line 330

* working on igp shortcuts mechanics; this commit will break the branch as it's not functional yet

* LSPs for substitution are identified; need to finish _insert_lsps_into_path def

* fixed a bug in load_model_file that affected node uniqueness

* made progress; need to contiue work on _insert_lsps_into_path

the Demand object.  This enhanced path will have the split info, telling how
much of the traffic is on each path.
