Add new NormalizeMentionsMiddleware class (#4843)

* Add new NormalizeMentionsMiddleware class
* removes <at> tags from text and mention entities.
* has option to remove Recipient from text and mention entities for recipient (aka bot).
* works for any channel (it's not just skype)

* changed to entity.text output to be trimmed
