Bkl algorithm update (#22)

Event class:
-added new member variable called rate_constant to be used in the BKL
algorithm to determine which event pathway will occur
-derived event classes will now need to define the calculateRateConstant
function

Simulation class:
-added function determinePathway which implements the BKL algorithm and
returns a point to one of the possible input events that is to be
executed with the correct execution time set
-added function to return the error status of the simulation
-updated removeObject function to check for the validity of the input
object ptr before trying to clear the lattice occupancy and remove the
object's event

testing:
-added several tests for the new BKL algorithm implementation
-cleaned up test code formatting
-Fixed #20
-improved test coverage by adding new tests for virtual
Event.calculateRateConstant function and the
Lattice.outputLatticeOccupancy function
-suppressed cout command line output during testing to make test output cleaner
-added Simulation class tests for removeEvent and removeObject functions to check for how
they handle input pointers that are not actually in the simulation
