Fixed closing various dialogs (fix #1305, #1338)

This issue was coming with Qt 5.15 and probably it related to regression in Qt: "Styled QPushButton does not respond to clicks" (see examples: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-84852 https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-84493).
I've added a border value for QBushButton#closeStelWindow as a workaround to avoid the effects by regression in Qt 5.15.
