Make floated elements selectable in editor

Prevent text block wrapping around floated item from overlaying
floated elements and blocking mouse interaction. Since text can wrap
around floated elements in complex shapes, we currently have no better
option than displaying the text selection rect on top of the floated
element. The element should still be selectable via click, though.
