Make epw_path required, and modify bld matrix, zone, SchDef, BEMDef to more human-readable format. (#6)

* feat(refDOE): Add Element, Material classes to refDOE.

* feat(model): Add all tests for final uwg and custom_uwg schema.

* feat(refDOE): Add default parameters for Building schema.

* feat(refDOE): Add interior load properties to SchDef and tests.

* feat(model): Replace vegcover with grasscover.

* feat(uwg-schema): Update docstrings.

* feat(uwg-schema): Modify Building and SchDef schema.

Remove setpoints, and add default values for gas, swh.

* feat(uwg-schema): Make epw_path required. 

Modify bld and zone properties to list of names.

* feat(uwg-schema): Expand docstrings of bld, bldtype, builtera, and zone.
