Add https support for client and server (#82). Refs #81.

* Initial https stuff
* Fix failing timeout tests
* Add a 'scheme' option field for server and client to select http or https
* Add tests for https client
* Dont check for delimiter in http server
* Pass key and cert options to https server

* Always pass result key in formatRespnose() object
* Explicitly delay responses for timeout tests and return promise
* Change this.writer to this.connector in getResponse
* Pass headers to response and error objects, and remove listener object
