feat: Implementação do MockHttpClient para evitar bloqueios e agilizar integração (#162)

* Implemented MockHttpClient in order to use fake data for fast integration of PyNubank with other projects and avoid been blocked by NuBank;

* Adding missing files needed for MockHttpClient;

* Making adjustments in order to fix CodeClimate and coverage issues;

* - Simplifying use of the MockHttpClient;
- Removing duplicated code;
- Reducing Cognitive Complexity;

* - Removing duplicated data detected by CodeClimate;
- Removing blank lines (pep-8);

* - Removing duplicated data;

* Trying harder to remove duplicates detected by CodeClimate;

* - Simplified the way that we use data responses and trying to avoid duplicated data found by CodeClimate;

* - Removing fixtures that aren't necessary anymore after implementing MockHttpClient;

* Adding validation of functions inserted in PynuBank and not tested yet;

* - fixing using command line;

* adjusting to use Path correctly

* - Implementing automatic tests to check assertions in requests not tested in MockHttpClient;

* - Returning code to increase code coverage;

* - Adapting Unit Tests in order to check get_bills different in test_mock_http_client.py;
