Commit Message

Updated logging

Splits logs into two separate files. CWL related
logs will be placed into the same folder as logs
from Airflow but with extension .cwl.
Logging level for both logs can be set with the
same parameter in airflow.cfg - logging_level.
All errors goes both to the cwl and airflow related
logs (don't know why, but I like it)
Need to add tests for setup_cwl_logger function
