    Rename variable used, various requested changes

    - Renamed EMAIL_LIMIT_ON_ACCOUNT to MAX_EMAIL_ADDRESSES
    - AddEmailForm error over_account_limit displays max limit
    - EmailView checks if max is set and prevent db query if max is not set
