Use section specific motif area for backdrops

Instead of reading the motif area directly from file configuration,
introduce `useBackgroundFile` hook which extends the passed file with
motif area data based on section props. This will prevent unwanted
side effects in other sections when editing the motif area of a
section. Fall back to motif area from file configuration to preserve
backwards compatibility.

Move motif area related calculations to the hook, to make results
reusable across components.
