Test: Fixed qualifier definitions to accomodate improved MOF compiler

Details:

* The definition of the Experimental qualifier in qualifier_filter_model.mof
  had only scope Class. This causes the improved qualifier scope checking in
  the MOF compiler of pywbem 1.1.0 to report failure. This was fixed
  by using the Experimental qualifier definition from the CIM Schema which
  defines it with scope Any.

* The definition of the Indication qualifier in qualifier_filter_model.mof
  had a default value of True. This did not lead to an error but is still
  incorrect because it means that all classes are by default indications.
  This was fixed by using the Indication qualifier definition from the
  CIM Schema which defines it with a default value of False.
