Azure test incorrect report (#603)

* add flag

* simplify pytest to just top level dir

an remove flag which appeared to do nothing

* add install requirements

* change mock to unittest.mock

* one for mock needed changing

* Update azure-pipelines.yml

* separate out system test phase 1

* remove wrongly added white spaces in yaml

* allows to be piped to stream, which also has the benefit of enable writing of temp files with windows

* Fixing generic options tests

* Updating systest to delete temp file

* Adding optional pip dependences to azure

* Adding windows and linux expected results to systests
