Consolidate iOS and Mac framework names

- Consolidate the two framework names (PureLayout_iOS and PureLayout_Mac) into just one framework with the same name (PureLayout). The targets still build separate frameworks, but they have the same product/module name now.
- Remove now unnecessary umbrella headers.
- Change the example app imports to framework style.
