Incremental Rendering and Undo/Redo tests (#319)

* Force travis builds while debugging undo/redo (#317)
* expose changeGeneration in the CMB API, and try to force the history to sync on Travis
* expose clearHistory in the CMB API, and try to force the history to sync on Travis
* insert console logs to see if undo is somehow being called twice
* move CM API functions to ToggleEditor, and add historySize(). Use it to verify history stack in the test
* SOLVED: event was firing at the top-level, instead of on node C. this caused a double-undo, which threw the history stack out of sync
* incrementally render portals. makes switching to blocksMode instant, even on Very Large Files
* make incrementalRendering a CMB option, and turn it off for tests
* fix incremental rendering default
* turn off parallel tests
* cleanup undo/redo test, and put `DELAY` back to something short
