Add custom RefResolver to resolve schema files locally  (#487)

* Add custom RefResolver to resolve schema files locally instead of fetching from internet.
Change $id field in schema.
Add method custom_validator that should be used for validating JSON document with schemas
found in buildtest.
Refactor schema tests to use custom_validator method.
Update schema_table dictionary.
Refactor code for buildtest schema. We can show JSON file for definitions.schema.json
but if they pass --examples for definitions schema we raise error because there are
no examples for this schema.
Update documentation on returncode section
