Allow setting block heights to zero with DerivedShape components (#159)

Upon allowing the block heights to be set to zero using the `setHeights` method, some complexities
in how the `DerivedShape` components were being handled from a volume/area calculation were 
discovered. This updates the following:

* Allows a user to set a zero height block and revert it back to some non-zero height, while maintaining
  volume, mass, and number densities.
* When setting the block height to zero, the mass, number densities, and volume of the block and components 
  are zeroed out, but the area of the 2D components is preserved (thus maintaining component area fractions).
* The `setVolume` method on the component was turned into an abstract method, so that `UnshapedComponents`
  may in the future implement some setters for both area and volume as needed.
* The derived shape volume/area calculation was moved off of `composites.py` and into the `DerivedShape` class. 
* A note was added to the `getVolume` method to note that the `self.p.volume` parameter is not safe to access
  directly.
