Update Invoke-AIMClient.ps1

Removes `$ErrorActionPreference = "Stop"` and replaces with `-ErrorAction Stop` parameter specified on call to `Start-AIMClientProcess`.
Allows any ErrorActionPreference to be specified by a user; previous logic dictated that if `SilentlyContinue` was specified by user, a terminating error would still be generated.
