Add exception when no authentication methods are given to connect to the remote host.
SSH key automatic search is now disbaled by default for the reason that authentication methods should be selected/given when calling `redssh.RedSSH.connect()`.
Add unit test to make sure that authentication is always given to `redssh.RedSSH.connect()`.
Version bump.
