DirectCmp module dispatch refactors/improvements

Refactored and cleaned up dispatch logic in DirectCmp and associated
Module code. The 'navable' dispatch action now delegates to the
Module in the same manner that 'direct' and 'printview' already did,
and these three codepaths have now been consolidated and generalized
better.

Additionally, the DirectCmp dispatch now pre-sets stash params for
config_url and config_params to be acted on later by the default
views (now all dispatched from the Module, which can now override if
it wants). This allows query string params to be properly preserved
so that dispatch targets that intern redirect, such as DbicLnk REST
rel paths, are able to work (whereas before, attempting to load these
urls via rapidapp/module/direct would throw "Record Id not found"
errors).
