fluxible: remove react unsafe methods (#649)

* fluxible: replace deprecated react lifecycle method

Since deprecateComponent is just calling console.warn at
componentWillMount, we can safely replace it by componentDidMount and
keep the same behavior.

* fluxible: bump version to 1.4.1
