Improve cluster command distribution performance #89

* log level enabled/disable state is determined once at creating the channel writer
* Removed read lock in command handler since the lines where the locks were used, they were not necessary
* replaced commons-pool by LoadingCache (guava) to eliminate wait/lock times since node connections are only instantiated once
* CommandArgs stores only the first key for distribution: Cluster allows only commands, that operate on one slothash per operation. So either the host is hit correctly or the command runs into a cross-slot error. The distributing writer takes only the first key into account, other keys are not used
