* Order social auth instructions alphabetically and add new sections for Azure AD

* Adds custom icon and styles for social auth with Azure AD/Microsoft.

* Add custom styled connect/disconnect buttons and tags to user profile.

* Finalize Azure AD implementation.

* Add Okta as an additional SSO provider.

* Add documentation for Okta SSO capability.

* Add documentation for Azure AD SSO capability.

* Adds custom backend for OneLogin.

* Rename Social Auth documentation to Single Sign On.

* Adds OneLogin as officially supported SSO option.
Refactors social labels used on user profile and settings page into one file for easier maintenance.
Updated profile to hide API token from other users.

* Adds some tests for onelogin - need to figure out how to test the jwt methods...

* Initial pass at adding AD FS authentication. Still needs to be tested.

* Test for onelogin SSO complete.

* Expands summary SSO documentation in Tethys Portal Configuration and SSO docs to include new settings for new SSO providers.

* Fix and improve tests for OneLogin.
