Commit Message

Lots of updates to imports and logging.

pybank/__init__.py now contains version and distribution info, so it's all in one place.
build_executables.py: pulls version from pybank/__init__.py, disables logging, and includes log file folder in executable folder.
gui.py, ofx.py, parseofx.py, pbsql.py, pybank.py: fixed imports for unittest, Spyder, and EXE. replaced most print statements with logging.
pybank/tests/__init__.py: disabled logging during unittests
test_parseofx.py: changed skip to expected failure
utils.py: using as a test file for logging.
setup.py: now pulls version from pybank/__init__.py, disables logging.
Log files moved to PyBank/log; README.txt added so that the directory isn't ever empty.
