Cleaning up after S3 integration tests (#530)

* jumped from full path SO_S3_URL to two components: bucket name - S3_BUCKET_NAME and path to test - SO_KEY

* Added generation of the original key when starting the test;
Added a function to clear the test environment after passing the test.

* A decorator for tests has been created, which provides the same type of initialization and cleaning of the test environment.
The tests were modified accordingly.
