Pull the unexpected-promise plugin into core.

Includes some tweaks so expect(promise, 'to be rejected with', string/regexp) work like 'to error' and 'to throw'.

Adds the RSVP library so the tests from unexpected-promise are still checked against a non-Bluebird implementation.
