Improve benchmarking (#1388)

This PR aims at making `pricegraph` benchmarking more precise by:
- Increasing the measurement time to have more samples (the benchmarks are split into groups now since overlapping orderbook operations are 1-2 orders of magnitude slower the reduced orderbook operations and require a separate configuration).
- Use a `HashMap` without `RandomState` for test configuration in order to eliminate variance caused by random iteration order.

Run the benchmarks:
