Fix lsfexecutor (#439)

* add changes to LSFExecutor that include
  1. initialize self.result to empty dict in dispatch method
  2. assign result to self.builder.metadata["result"] so that builder metadata keeps the result after gather stage since executor is shared across builders
  3. assign jobid to in builder metadata

* fix some bugs in LSFExecutor during testing.
Remove some comments from SlurmExecutor. There were some reference to self.job_id
that should be replaced with self.builder.metadata['jobid']
