Removed the warning message for double dependency in rails-controller-testing (#216)

There was a warning message from `bundler` because `rails-controller-testing` was listed in both the `gemspec` and the Gemfiles for the test Rails apps.

This removes the gem from the `gemspec`, favoring the test apps' Gemfiles as that is where the gem is leveraged.
