Fix syscall instruction lists for SROP on `i386` and `amd64` (#1669)

All three instructions: `int 0x80`, `sysenter`, and `syscall` require
different stack frames and registers to pass arguments, but
`ROP._srop_call` uses them interchangeably.

This fix limits syscall instruction lists to gadgets that work.
