* Refactor collector/mod.rs into multiple files, improving clarity

Prereq for removing Arc<GcData>
(if we manage that memory manually, we can make AtomicGc faster)

* Remove `dashmap` in favor of custom chunked linked list impl

This is a big win in terms of both clarity and performance. (At
least on my machine.)

It also should open up opportunities to build HashMaps on top
of shredder without it pulling in _another_ HashMap
implementation!

* Fix linting problems, add stricter lints

* Fix clippy errors
