Introduction of an internal retry method for the downloads.

This patch fixes #107.

Indeed, before this patch, the retry option and its exception handler
were not controlled by us. From now, all download will be retried 3 times
with a sleeping time of 3 seconds between each.

Also:
  * The exception handler is more user-friendly.
