Add gap-x and gap-y modifiers to the media component (#355)

This PR introduces the `gap-x` and `gap-y` modifiers so that the vertical and horizontal gap between elements can be set separately. This PR also removes the `reverse` modifier as it created too much complexity for the final output than was worth the minor benefit of allowing this behavior.
