Update Rails to version 4.2.2

4.2.2 includes a security fix for CVE-2015-3227

Apparently Rails used to automatically require yaml, but no longer in 4.2.2 because I got "uninitialized constant YAML" when running the app. Specifically requiring yaml in application.rb solved the problem.
