Tests for all my shit.

 -   some improvements on adding conditions together (copying the object rather than modifying in place)
-    adding reset to condition addition
-    fixing a disastrously incorrect unit conversion
-    get_breath_detection method for controller since we decided against having a generalized messaging infrastructure and this is the consequence!
