Improve README

- Update requirements (drop ANTLR, as its jar file is automatically
  downloaded by ANTLeRinator, so it is not a direct requirement;
  but add Java as it is needed even by grammarinator-process).
- Unify how Grammarinator is written (italics and capitalize first
  letter).
- Better highlight notes (but use block quotes, as Github does not
  render the note directive or any other admonition).
- In command-line examples, indent continuation lines for
  readability (and get command-line argument order in sync across
  examples).
- Some wording improvements.
