fix: reclaim speech context on pipeline stop

This change releases the speech context from any external management
when the pipeline is stopped, allowing Spokestack to regain control
of the microphone when the pipeline is restarted.

This addresses an issue with the pipeline failing to operate on
restart when the Android ASR had previously been destroyed before
finishing its processing.
