Avoid MappingData XmlSink inheritance

MappingData was using XmlSink interface to parse itself.
Nevertheless, MappingData is not an XmlSink can't be
represented has xml.
This patch introduces an init function which trig the MappingData
parsing thanks to a string provided by the caller.
