buildspec roots documentation  (#410)

* update requirements.txt missing pytest package
buildspec cache and error file are now in var/buildspec/
Add output to buildspec roots in buildtest buildspec find command
add documentation in configuring buildtest on buildspec_roots key

* move files back to var/buildspec.cache instead of var/buildspec/buildspec.cache

* buildspec_roots can resolve shell expansion and variable expansion

* remove debug statements
