Use new contracts crate in e2e and core crates (#1254)

The second step as outlined in #689

This PR makes use of the new `contracts` crate in both `core` and `e2e` for smart contract bindings.

### Test Plan

Just moved generated code around, so Rustc and e2e tests.

11762 of 47094 branches covered (24.98%)

Branch coverage included in aggregate %.

3133 of 5006 relevant lines covered (62.58%)
