Convpat (#138)

refactor: retrieve patterns from .tex files

Problem: Patterns on https://github.com/hyphenation/tex-hyphen are no longer available as splitted files (.chr .hyp .lic .pat)

Solution: provide a script to extract the files from the .tex file

Notes:
-   Some patterns are removed (grc, mul-ethi, cop, la-x-liturgic). The list for supported languages is adapted in module
-   German patterns are not from the tex-hyphen repo, but computed from the wordlist available at https://repo.or.cz/w/wortliste.git
-   apostrophe "'" and hyphen-minus "-" are now correctly imported into the alphabet
-   a test for each language is added
-   some .chr files are adapted
